ABSTRACT
Utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) has transformed the construction industry, including in healthcare facilities like RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi, Kabupaten Blitar. Despite manual quantity calculations, implementing BIM, particularly with popular software such as Autodesk Revit, enhances efficiency and accuracy in construction projects, optimizing planning and execution. The aim of this research is to determine the presence of clashes between structural and architectural modeling, the volume of Structures and Architecture, and the Budget Plan (RAB) for the construction of the ICU Building at RS Ngudi Waluyo Blitar using the BIM Revit method. The research methodology involves data collection from shop drawings, cost estimates, and bill of quantity for the ICU building project at RSUD Ngudi Waluyo Blitar. Research steps include preparation with Autodesk Revit 2024 installation, data collection, modeling, clash detection to prevent collisions, Quantity Take Off, and cost estimation using Microsoft Excel. The findings include 3D modeling of Structure and Architecture, quantity take off, and cost estimation. The 3D modeling process with Revit unveils reinforced concrete Structure components, resolving clashes identified, and providing quantity take off results. Total cost estimates for Structure and Architecture amount to Rp. 5,169,809,493 and Rp. 2,719,786,620, respectively.
