ABSTRACT
This community service activity aims to introduce the profession of lecturer to kindergarten students as part of strengthening educational awareness from an early age. The partner of this activity was TK Negeri Pembina 1 Malang, involving 12 students as participants. The implementation method used an interactive workshop approach, including simple material delivery, lecturer activity simulations, question-and-answer sessions, and educational games tailored to the characteristics of early childhood learners. Data were collected through direct observation during the activity and questionnaires distributed to the accompanying teachers as evaluators. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding of the lecturer profession, with average scores increasing from 16.7% in the pre-test to 87.5% in the post-test, indicating an increase of 70.8%. In addition, the level of student participation and enthusiasm reached 88.3%, categorized as very good. Teacher assessments indicated that the activity was effective in enhancing students’ learning motivation, with an average score of 4.80 on a 5-point scale. The activity also had a positive impact on students’ confidence, communication skills, and willingness to express their ideas. Overall, the activity was successfully implemented and contributed to character development, educational awareness, and early career introduction. This program also has the potential to be further developed and implemented at broader educational levels in the future..
